Shipping Policies

 

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we’ll send another email with tracking information. Don’t forget, we ship Monday through Friday only.

NOTE: Canadian orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.

 

When we Ship   

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday trough Thursday before 3:00 pm MST, and on Friday before 10:00 am MST will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 am MST, will ship the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day.

 

Where we Ship   

We ship throughout the United States, Canada and to over 200 countries Worldwide, to see if we ship to your country please see the Country dropdown on Your Account page under my account or during checkout.

 

Shipping & Risks during Shipping   

The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase.

When products are shipped to you by common carrier, BongoMart.com's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage.

 

Bongomart.com may send goods to you from USA. As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's YOUR responsibility to find out about this, and YOUR responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items. 

 

 

How we Ship   

We offer a variety of shipping carriers & options depending on the destinations, details are as follow:

 

United States

USPS Parcel Post (4 - 9 business days)

UPS Ground Delivery (3 - 7 business days)

 

Canada:

Canada Post Worldwide Express (6 - 15 business days**)

International:

USPS Worldwide Express (7 - 25 business days**)

 

* Please note that when shipping with US Mail, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered and/or track a lost package.

** Please note that certain shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.

 

P.O. Boxes   

We can't deliver to PO boxes, APO addresses, or certain remote areas. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any orders where we deem the address to be undeliverable.

 

Hotels & Forwarding Places   

For security purposes certain restrictions apply when shipping to hotels & forwarding places, please contact us at customer service for details.

 

Order Verification   

All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

You need a valid phone number on your account - you MUST provide your phone number for the courier to use.

 

International Orders   

We ship Worldwide, due to high cost of International shipping; we cannot ship any orders that include backordered items. We will have to either cancel those items or change them to similar items according to the customer’s request.

 

International Tax Clearance   

International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.

 

Out of Stock Items   

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. BongoMart will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within the U.S. only.

 

Special Order Items   

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.

 

Canceled Order   

If the merchandise has already been shipped the cancellation is not allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.

 

Shipping Rules   

A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
