Returns and Exchanges
Upon receipt of your order, please check your merchandise thoroughly. If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact customer service directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1.312.884.9092. We will arrange to have your merchandise returned. All items shipped by truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be immediately logged with the driver in order to process a claim. A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued based on the item value. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. You have to report any defective item or incorrect shipment within 3 days after receiving the item.
When sending back defective item or incorrect shipment to BongoMart.com the customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. Only for Canada and USA, these charges will be reimburse in the form of rebate or credit towards any other items in BongoMart.com. You have to contact us before returning any defective item or incorrect shipment email@example.com . For your protection, if you do not live in Canada or the USA, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:
